Sure, it’s an odd setup, but what could possibly go wrong?

According to the US government, Hubie is a thief - but no act of Congress could stop him from doing what he loves. For decades, Hubie has worn the title of pot thief proudly. Outright burglary, though, is another story. But an offer of $25,000 to lift a rare pot from a local museum proves too tempting for Hubie to refuse.

How do we learn to know ourselves? What drives us, how do we develop, how does chance and our choices shape our lives? Writing this book, I’ve had to keep asking: What’s the best way to capture what I’ve learned and experienced? It’s been a challenge, one I’ve grown to cherish. My first book, Climbing Through Life, let me share the joy of cycling and climbing hills. This book is about a different kind of ride. Life never stops creating hills to climb. I can’t always see them coming and, often enough, I don’t know when they’ll crest.
