• The SEO Strategy Podcasters Can't Ignore in 2026 with Darcy Sullivan
    Jun 17 2026

SEO is evolving fast, and if you're a podcaster with a brick-and-mortar business or a local presence, you cannot afford to sleep on this. I brought in Darcy from the Clinic Marketing Podcast to break down exactly what's changing, what's staying the same, and how to make sure your ideal clients can actually find you, whether they're searching on Google, using voice search, or asking AI to do the work for them.

We dug into what I call "boring fingers" SEO, because how we think and how we type are two completely different things. Your potential clients are not searching the way you talk about your services. They're searching their problems, and if your website, your Google Business Profile, and your content aren't built around those words, you're invisible. Darcy walked us through the SEO cookie framework, on-page, off-page, and the sweet stuff in the middle that holds it all together, which is knowing your people deeply enough to speak their language online.

We also tackled the AI content question head-on, because I know most of you are using transcripts and AI tools to create blog content, and you needed clarity on what's actually working versus what's hurting you.

Spoiler: Using AI with your voice is very different from letting AI replace it entirely.

    May 6 2026

  • How Substack Actually Converts (And Why Podcasters Are the Best Positioned to Win)
    Apr 29 2026

Join Yana's Viral Notes Creator + QUEST HERE

In Part 2 of my conversation with Yana, we get into the part most people never talk about. Not just how to show up on Substack, but how it actually converts into real revenue and why podcasters are uniquely positioned to win on this platform.

Yana's free-to-play conversion rate sits at 10%. The industry average is 1 to 3%. We break down why Substack attracts subscribers who are already ready to buy, how the recommendation feature grows your list on autopilot, and what it actually takes to engage on the platform without it becoming another full-time job.

We also get into automation. Yana built a system that takes her Substack content and distributes it across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube without her having to touch any of it. And for podcasters specifically, she makes the case that your episode archive is already a content library and a product waiting to be built.

  • Every Podcaster Should Consider Starting a Substack (It's Not Just a Newsletter)
    Apr 22 2026

Join Yana's Viral Notes Creator + QUEST HERE

Substack is far more than just a newsletter platform; it is a complete ecosystem that allows podcasters to take full ownership of their audience. In a world where social media algorithms are unpredictable, building an email list on a platform designed for discoverability is the smartest move a creator can make.

I am joined by Yana to explain how Substack serves as an all-in-one creator platform that combines social media, email marketing, and paid subscriptions. We discuss how podcasters can stop the endless social media grind and start building a real business asset that they actually own. Unlike traditional social platforms, Substack lets you export your data at any time, so your audience belongs to you, not an algorithm.

One of the biggest advantages of Substack is the ability to convert listeners into subscribers through features like Substack Notes and built-in recommendations. Yana shares how creators can use targeted AI tools to simplify their writing process and how a single viral post can lead to thousands of new subscribers. We also dive into the technical side, including how to integrate your podcast RSS feed and automate content distribution across other social channels without extra effort.

If you have been wondering why your podcast is not growing, why your marketing is not converting, or why everything feels harder than it should, this episode is where it starts to make sense.

In this first episode of Podcast Authority Architect, I sat down with numerologist and business alignment coach Jen Kohler for one of the most honest conversations I have had about what it actually takes to build a podcast and a business that feels like you.

We talk about why so many podcasters and entrepreneurs burn out when they try to follow strategies that were never built for them. We get into what happens when you stop performing for everyone else's blueprint and start building from your own foundation. And we go deep on why knowing yourself is not a soft, woo concept; it is the most practical business strategy you have access to right now.

    If you have ever Googled,

    • how to stop burning out in your business,
    • How to align your podcast with your purpose,
    • How to build sustainable momentum without hustling yourself into the ground,

this conversation is going to hit differently.

Jen has a way of giving you permission to see yourself clearly, even when you push back hard against what you see.

    Trust me on that one.

  • Why AI is Killing Your Podcast (And How to Stop Burnout)
    Mar 8 2026

Are you feeling burnt out by the constant pressure to turn your podcast into a content machine? In this video, we explore why relying too much on AI and trying to be everywhere at once might actually be killing your business revenue and personal joy. It is time to stop the hamster wheel and start building real human connections again.

After six years in the industry, I have seen a massive shift in how we create. While AI tools offer amazing shortcuts for editing and transcriptions, they often trap us in a cycle of quantity over quality. We discuss the transition from content creator to connection builder and why that distinction is key to long-term success. Your business is built people-first, not algorithm first.

I am sharing my raw personal journey of how my revenue shifted when I focused too much on solo content and AI automation versus deep, interview-based relationships. You will learn why platforms like Substack are the future for podcasters who want to build trust in what I call a trust recession. We need to focus on what brings us joy and what actually leads to conversations, not just empty views.

If you are ready to stop the burnout and start growing with ease, visit podcastcpr.com to book a free 30-minute audit with me. Let is look at your capacity and get you moving one step forward today. Come join me on Substack for more deep dives into story selling for entrepreneurs.
