Heidi Schreiber-Pan, Ph.D., LCPC, is the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Nature Informed Therapy and Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative. She is a distinguished psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, stress, depression, and grief, as well as a sought-after nationwide speaker on topics such as the connection between mental well-being and nature, resilience, anxiety, neuroscience, and occupational burnout. Dr. Schreiber-Pan is the author of the acclaimed books "Taming the Anxious Mind: A Guidebook to Relieve Stress and Anxiety" and "The Outside Within: Stories of Nature's Role in Psychological Wellbeing." A former faculty member at Loyola University Graduate School in Maryland, her past research has delved into resiliency, psychological well-being, and nature-based mental health.
