My podcast is going to talk about mental health and how to identify the signs and symptoms of mental health. We will learn how to deal with friends and family members that might be suffering from symptoms of mental health such as PTSD, Anxiety, depression. Many people do not want to get help. But help is out there and hopefully this podcast will inspire someone to go talk to someone and begin getting better.
