Gerry MacPherson knows hotel ownership is not always glamorous.

Years ago, he helped operate a small hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he experienced first-hand the pressure, unpredictability, and daily chaos that many hospitality property owners still face today.

Since then, Gerry has spent decades working in hospitality and tourism, visiting properties around the world and learning what truly makes independent hotels and vacation rentals succeed.

Today, through Vacation Rental Resolutions, he helps owners create calmer operations, stronger guest experiences, more direct bookings, and less stress through practical systems and honest hospitality conversations.
