• How to Combat Confusion: Choose Happiness
    Jun 6 2026

In this week’s episode, we will be addressing confusion and how it looks and sounds in your life whether it’s regarding you or the people that are in your world.

We will be adding these tools to your toolbox so that you can take action today to get on the path of realignment and losing the confusion: Time Management, Reassessing and Re-evaluating Current Connections, and Shifting Your Mindset to Take Leadership for Yourself.

The advice that I am giving today is advice that works but takes time, discipline, and focus on a clear outcome which is helping you be a happier person. The world can only be a happy place if there are happy people in it and it would be so much better if you could be a part of that by doing what you need to do to make that happen.

  • Know How to Speak Well of Others When They Are Not In the Room
    Jun 3 2026

In this surprise episode release, we will be having a conversation surrounding the time old phrase “If you have nothing nice to say especially about others then don’t say it”.

We will be touching on these key points: self-talk, healthy boundaries, and how you choose to speak about others in the workplace, regarding family, friendships, and connections is reflection of who you are and says more about you than them.

The advice that I give in this episode is focusing on the authenticity of communication as a skill and is meant to encourage you to have more personal and humane connections rather than just having people in your life just have them there. This another tool to have in your toolbox as you continue to grow and cultivate that fulfilling life you want for yourself by getting focused on how you choose to communicate with yourself and those around you.

  • How Justice, Fairness, and Balance Works and Applies to Your Own Life
    May 31 2026

In this week’s episode, we will be having a conversation surrounding how justice, fairness, and balance applies to your life but also what it looks and sounds like regarding how you show up for yourself and the world around you.

We will also be talking about what justice is and isn’t and also how and why you should be able discern the difference between right and wrong. Because doing the right thing isn’t just because it’s the right thing to do. It’s about being able to act in a selfless manner even if there is no benefit or reward in the end.

The advice that I give here contains the tools you will need to have in your own toolbox so that the success you receive is fulfilling and helps you have a healthier sense of confidence and trust within your own decisions. And out of this episode you will have a better understanding that the life you choose to lead shouldn’t just be about winning and losing. Your life should be about cultivating and building better connections within humanity itself and being in better service to the people around you.

  • Theo's Coffee Break Podcast Interlude 2 (In Memory of Django) [Re-Recorded]
    May 30 2026

Rest in peace Django, you were a good girl and our best friend. DOD 05/03/26

There are many positive things I can say about Django but right now it’s hard to even begin to start talking about all of what we had together during our time together.

She was the best comforter, supporter, and like many other dogs food-driven.

Leading up to her final days it was so hard to watch her body shutdown on her. Losing her mobility, her appetite, and she couldn’t even hold it anymore it was just pee everywhere.

Regardless, that didn’t mean anything because of all she has done for Chris and I.

Django was a true lover and had the biggest personality. While was a real diva she was a nurturer first. Quick to be there for Chris and I when we were feeling down just to always let us know she was there for us anytime we needed her.

She loved to cuddle and was always curious about what was going on in the kitchen. Her favorite moments were the quiet ones when it was just us all together in the same room.

The sacrifices we made for each other felt so insignificant because of the relationship we had. However, the love that we have doesn’t stop here or end today. That love and the bond that we share will carry over into eternity and the great beyond.

You will be missed Django but I know from now on and until forevermore you are always with us. Just a heartbeat away.

  • Temperance is the Key to Consistency in a Successful Lifestyle
    May 24 2026

In this week’s episode, we will be breaking down what temperance is and how it is an integral way of living and leading a successful lifestyle.

We talk about how stillness is not stagnation, how rest is resting in your knowing that things may be falling apart so they can come back together in a better way, and also how having peace of mind gives us the courage to continue moving forward even when our destination may be unclear.

Having these key mindset shifts change our perspective around our routine and habits so that success does not need to come from suffering but that true success and fulfillment comes from a life of ease and alignment.

  • Acceptance is the Key to Salvation: How to Get 1% Better Everyday
    May 20 2026

In this week’s episode, we will be talking about salvation as a lifestyle choice but before I scare you off this is going to be a very grounded conversation about everyday life and how we can show up better for ourselves and those around us.

We will be breaking down how acceptance is not tolerance, how weaponizing our personal beliefs creates division, and that when we choose to meet conflict with love and understanding that we will all thank ourselves later for taking the high road.

Listen, I know that it’s hard when life seems to happen out of nowhere but in my conviction of true salvation I know that there is no such thing as a dead end. That if we really choose to believe in ourselves and know that we are capable of more than we give ourselves credit for we can figure it out and keep moving forward together.

  • Understanding is the Key to a Successful and Fulfilling Lifestyle
    May 17 2026

In this week’s episode, we talk about how understanding is the glue and foundation to building any successful and meaningful connection.

We address how showing up in how we communicate requires a strong and healthy understanding within ourselves first, how important it is that the way we talk about ourselves is uplifting and building us up rather than tearing ourselves down, and that when we have a good understanding within ourselves we can make better decisions because they are coming from a calm and relaxed mind.

Having this kind of formidable understanding comes from tests of faith, perseverance, and resilience. Just as hope is found in the grit not the grace so is our own understanding within ourselves. And that can only come from the trials in life that test you by fire.
