Let's Talk about Boobs Baby (Sing that just like Salt and Pepa!)

Today's solo episode is literally me talking about boobs! I had a huge amount of personal DM's after Amy's episode a few weeks ago from people I know. I also had many from well random legends who have started to tune into the podcast and who wanted to know more about Amy's surgery journey and in particular why I have breast implants.

I'm all for being up front about boobs and breast implants and so today's episode I discuss:

    1. Why I chose to get breast implants and how I have had not one but TWO surgeries.
    2. Experiencing capsular contracture after 6 years of having my first set and needing to make the decision to have them out and replaced.
    3. Realizing I also needed a lift and this meant researching a surgeon who had an incredible reputation....that being Dr Michael Miroshnik. Suss him out!
    4. Having the surgery with the lift, the COST and how I didn't regret a single moment having them done.
    5. The importance of doing regular breast checks on yourself and having professional mammograms.

If you want to know more about this topic, feel free to send me a msg, I LOVE talking about boobs!

  • Two-time Emmy Award winning writer for Murphy Brown and long time LA resident Korby Siamis
    Jun 18 2026

My last LA guest is Korby Siamis, a two-time Emmy award winning writer for Murphy Brown and longtime resident of Los Angeles.

We sit and discuss what it's like to have lived in Los Angeles the past 71 years and how the city itself has changed in that time.

Korby and I chat about her career path and how she managed to become a writer on the hit TV series Murphy Brown. We also chat about the other shows she has worked on such as Suddenly Susan and The Middle.

I ask Korby what it was like being a resident of the recent Pacific Palisades fires and how her husband's WhatsApp group has truly connected a community even more so now after the tragic events of the fires.

Lastly, we discuss what its like to finally retire after the 7th time and how much joy she gets from being able to help take care of her grandchildren everyday now that they live in a closer neighbourhood.

If you enjoy listening to women who are inspirational, then Korby's episode is for you because boy has she lived an amazing life so far and what a career she has had!

  • Fishing Influencer, Chief of Staff and Safari Enthusiast Kasey Janousek
    Jun 11 2026

Kasey Janousek - What a dream guest!

Kasey is my American sister Molly's, sister in law!

Yes, a mouthful however, I HAD to get her on when I was in LA recently and sit across from her and ask all the questions!

Kasey is a Chief of Staff at a tech company in Los Angeles and has recently become a fishing influencer. Her passion for fishing and the process and everything that goes behind the actual event...is surreal.

We chat about her love for Sth Africa and how after becoming recently divorced, she has learnt to chase her dreams, find herself again and reflect on this current season in her life.

Kasey is only in her early 30s but sure is wise beyond her years and I truly enjoyed our conversation. She sure is one ambitious and inspirational woman!

  • SURPRISE MONDAY DROP! Executive Producer and Youngest of the Miller sisters, Rebecca Miller!
    Jun 7 2026

The last out of the Miller sister series is Rebecca Miller!

Rebecca is the youngest out of the Miller sisters, who are my American sisters in LA. She is a wife and mother to two young boys and lives in Los Angeles.

I sat down with Rebecca when I was in LA recently to talk about her interesting job as an executive producer on reality tv shows. We also had a great chat about home births and how she had two completely different experiences with each of her sons.

Our conversation touched on the topics of:

What it's like working and having a career in the entertainment industry as a freelance producer and some of the difficulties when it comes to being a Mum as well.

Rebecca was honest as well in that as women, we don't often talk about how joyous and healing our birth experiences can be and that a lot of the time, society does tend to fixate on the traumatic side.

Rebecca is a passionate advocate for women and especially mothers who also want to have a career as well and want to own that!

  • What it's like to work in the Entertainment Industry in LA/Busy Mum of two with my American sister Molly Miller
    Jun 4 2026

I spent last week in LA after attending a personal branding workshop in NYC.

I stayed with my American sister Molly Miller at her place with her husband Wylie and two young daughters. I have three American sisters in total and Molly is the one who I shared a room with and lived with in 1998 whilst on was on exchange to Nebraska.

Molly came to Broome in 2024 for my wedding where she was a bridesmaid and we have this bond that is certainly like sisters. She is one of the most kind and generous people I have ever met.

I really wanted to get her on the podcast to chat about what it's like working in the Entertainment Industry in LA, how she even got such a dream job and what it's like being a Mum of two young daughters, being a wife and still managing to stay sane!

Anyone that knows Molly personally can agree that she is one of the hardest working and driven women I know. It only made sense to hear her story and hopefully inspire other ambitious Mums out there!

  • What it's like to be an LA Actress/Writer for over 20 years - American sister Abby Miller!
    May 28 2026

Abby Miller is the eldest daughter of the Miller family, the family I lived with in 1998 as an exchange student in Nebraska and who I have kept in contact with over the years.

In my 8th visit to the States, I knew that I needed to get all the Miller girls onto the podcast individually to hear each of their stories.

They are all involved in the LA Entertainment industry in some way and so today's episode features Abby.

Abby has been living in LA for the past 23 years and has been in Tv Shows such as Madmen, Justified, The Sinner, Home before Dark and in the movies, Jess Plus none and California Scenario.

We discuss A LOT of things but just some of the topics include:

*What it's been like living in LA for the past 23 years after moving from Nebraska and how it was surviving during the pandemic and writers strikes.

*Juggling writing scripts in between mum duties.

    And a whole lot more!

As usual send me a DM with what resonated for you!

  • SURPRISE EPISODE! Journey through Adoption, IVF, and Nursing for 20 years with Kendra Johnson
    May 25 2026

    SURPRISE EPISODE!

Yep, I'm deciding to drop an episode on a MONDAY! Just to spice things up!

I was incredibly lucky to sit with one of my dear American friends, Kendra Johnson, who flew all the way from Utah to New York to spend a day and a half with me in Brooklyn. I was there for the Personal Branding Workshop and I felt truly privileged that after 28 years of friendship, every time we catch up, it's like time has stood still!

I really wanted to sit with Kendra and have a good conversation about her wonderful journey with adopting her son, Eli after 8 years of trying for a baby with her husband Dan. We speak about their arrangement for an open adoption with Eli's birth mum and how unique and special that is for them both. We then go into detail how after 2 years; they made the decision to give IVF a go so Eli could have a sibling. Kendra was then blessed to fall pregnant with their adorable little girl Avery.

    Other topics we discuss include:

    * What it's like to be nursing in America for the past 20 years.

*How she balances work and home life with a husband who is in the military and often travels overseas for months at a time.

*How she was inspired after listening to Flossy's episode to commit to joining the gym and taking time out for herself to gain her strength and fitness once again.

A massive shout out to all the women in Kendra's life, including her sons' birth Mum.

If anything in this episode hit you in the feels, please let me know by sending me a DM. You know how much I love those!!

  • Im in New York Baby!! SOLO Episode
    May 21 2026

I'm coming to you from Brooklyn, New York!!

Today's episode is a solo one where I have a quick chat about the epic Women's Personal Brand Workshop held by Jess Williamson that I attended yesterday in Brooklyn.

I bang on about my three favourite A words at the moment, Authenticity, Ambition and Audacity and what that means to embrace them all at once!

A typical Emma tangent where I'm spitting truth wisdom and waffle at its finest and hint at the sneak peek preview for next week's episode.
