    Jun 17 2026

This week Rachel chats to Niamh. Niamh is a 30-year-old woman who has used cannabis since her early 20s. As a younger person she enjoyed consuming cannabis because it helped her switch off from some difficult things, but as an adult she finds it helps her focus.

Niamh is very active and has played sport at an elite level. She is currently a soccer player but has dabbled in rugby, hockey, swimming, cycling, mountain biking and triathlon.

Please welcome our very own Sporty Spice, Niamh.

    Jun 15 2026

In today's episode, Rachel chats to Claire. Claire works in the not-for-profit sector in Naarm, Melbourne and she is a self-appointed expert in Russian prison tattoos.

A 'two-toke-Tina', Claire uses medicinal cannabis for PMDD and a condition she cannot pronounce.

I won’t try to pronounce it either, but I think the short story is that it involves really bad knee pain.

  • Dr. Steve Ellen: A Side
    Jun 8 2026

On the A Side this week, Rachel talks to Dr. Steve Ellen, psychiatrist, professor, author, and, let’s be honest, a bit of a bloody legend.

He’s worked everywhere from cancer wards - to transplant units - to HIV clinics.

Steve co-wrote Mental - a book that helps people actually keep their mental health - and he’s a regular in the media — where he somehow manages to make psychiatry sound fun.

Put simply: he’s the kind of bloke you’d trust with your brain, your heart, and maybe even your Netflix password.

  • Robbie Swan: B Side
    May 27 2026

On the B Side this week, Rachel continues her chat with the infamous and often mis-represented Robbie Swan.

Canberra born and raised, Robbie co-founded the political party – the Sex Party with his partner Fiona Patten in 2008.

The Sex Party evolved out of Swan and Patten’s work as adult industry lobbyists for the Eros Foundation which they founded in 1992. They advocated for sex work law reform, pushed back on censorship and encouraged personal freedoms – including non-violent erotica!

Robbie put his hat in the ring in the 2013 federal election, running for a Tasmanian Senate spot for the Sex Party. Robbie ran on the platform of making Tassie the “mull bowl” - Australia’s cannabis capital – and he came close to a win of the 6th senate spot, missing out by only 250 votes to the then Parmer United Party’s Jacquie Lambie.
