• How To Live Up To Your Potential
    Jul 1 2026

Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.

92% of people never reach their goals, and it’s not because they’re lazy or incapable. We’re talking about the quieter truth: success is usually decided by a handful of daily choices, repeated long enough to change your results and your identity.

I walk through what “real success” looks like when it’s multidimensional, not just money or status. That means progress that holds up in your career, your relationships, your health, and your inner life. From there, we name the barriers that keep smart people stuck, including fear of failure, fear of rejection, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, lack of clarity, procrastination, and the drag of negative environments. Once you can see the barrier clearly, you can challenge it instead of negotiating with it.

Then we get practical with a framework built on proven success principles: developing a growth mindset, setting clear and meaningful goals, taking consistent action even when motivation drops, building positive habits, cultivating resilience, surrounding yourself with supportive influences, and committing to continuous learning. The biggest takeaway ties it all together: lasting success is an inside-out process. When you focus on becoming the kind of person who can create and sustain the life you want, the outcomes start to follow.

If you get value from this, subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next, share it with someone who needs a reminder about their potential, and leave a quick review telling me what daily action you’re choosing today.

  • Goals Are Dreams With A Deadline
    Jun 24 2026

Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.

Your dream might be real, but without a deadline it can quietly turn into a loop of “I’ll start next week.” We dig into the idea that goals are dreams with a deadline and why adding a timeline is one of the simplest, most powerful upgrades you can make to your personal development and productivity.

We talk through the benefits of deadlines in plain terms: they create accountability, they raise motivation when distractions hit, and they force better planning because you have to break a big goal into manageable steps. From there, we share practical goal setting techniques you can use immediately like getting specific, choosing realistic deadlines, breaking the work down, staying flexible when life changes, and monitoring progress so you can celebrate small wins instead of waiting for one huge finish line.

Then we go to the place a lot of people don’t admit out loud: what if you have no goals right now? We walk through a clear set of options to help you find direction again, including reflecting on your values, trying new experiences, taking small achievable steps, using journaling and mindfulness for clarity, and leaning on mentors or professional guidance if you feel stuck.

If you want better time management, less procrastination, and a goal setting system that actually fits real life, press play. Subscribe, share it with a friend who needs a boost, and leave a review with the deadline you’re committing to next.

  • Is Resilience And Perseverance The Same Thing
    Jun 17 2026

Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.

Resilience and perseverance get tossed around like they mean the same thing, but when life hits hard, the difference can change how you recover, how you work, and how you feel inside your own day. I unpack why I used to mix them up, then I draw a clear line: resilience is how we bounce back after setbacks, stress, and emotional pain, while perseverance is the steady commitment to keep moving toward a goal even when progress is slow.

To make it stick, I use two simple pictures. Resilience is the rubber band that returns to shape after it gets stretched. Perseverance is the marathon runner who keeps going mile after mile through fatigue and obstacles. When you build both, you create a powerful success mindset: you recover faster, stay consistent longer, and keep your motivation alive without pretending the road is easy.

But I also share the part people skip: grit has a downside. If we get too skilled at pushing and bouncing back, we can lose our freedom by living in “goal mode” all the time. That future focus can steal the present, raise stress, and lead to burnout if we neglect mental health, emotional well-being, and even our physical needs. We talk about balance, breaks, and practical mindfulness that brings joy back into everyday routines, from making coffee to checking in with your emotions.

If you want personal growth without sacrificing happiness, listen through the end and reflect on what you are optimizing for. Subscribe so you never miss an update, share it with a friend who needs a reset, and leave a review with your answer: what helps you stay present while you pursue big goals?

  • Why Balance Is Important In Life
    Jun 10 2026

Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.

A migraine-heavy morning kicks off a bigger conversation about why focus disappears when life gets too loud. I’ve been deep in a busy stretch filled with experiments, project changes, and constant trial and error and it taught me something uncomfortable: when clarity fades, discipline stops feeling natural and starts feeling like a fight.

We dig into the two anchors that make consistency easier: clarity and direction. Clarity is knowing what you truly want and what success actually looks like for you. Direction is the path you choose once you’ve defined that destination, including the steps you take and the check-ins that keep you aligned as your life evolves. When those two are solid, discipline becomes a byproduct of purpose instead of a daily battle of willpower.

We also talk about how to experiment without getting lost. Trial and error is part of learning, but it can drain your energy if you keep changing course without a clear reason. I share simple questions to ask before you pivot, why journaling your attempts can sharpen your decision-making, and how balance and self-care protect your mental performance. We close with practical reminders about boundaries, breaks, mindfulness, gratitude, and the ongoing work of staying aligned.

If you want more clarity, better goal setting, and sustainable discipline without burnout, listen now. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs a reset, and leave a review so more people can find the show.

  • What Does Authentic Self Mean
    Jun 3 2026

Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.

Seventy percent of people say they feel disconnected from who they really are at some point in life, and that number makes sense when you look at how we’re trained to chase approval. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the “right” things but still feel off, this conversation is for you. We get real about the cost of living by external expectations and why authenticity is not a luxury, it’s the foundation for personal growth, peace of mind, and lasting motivation.

We share a personal story of starting the Journey to Success with big dreams like financial freedom and more time with family, then running into the reality: the journey takes longer, sacrifices hit harder than expected, and progress can feel confusing when you’re not clear about who you are. We break down what “authentic self” actually means, how societal pressure and self-doubt build a kind of invisible cage, and why it’s exhausting to perform a life that doesn’t fit your values.

From there, we focus on the most practical takeaway: clarity. When you get clear about who you are, what you want to become, and what you want to do in life, you stop living on autopilot. You make better decisions, waste less time on trial and error, and build the skills and mindset that your goals truly require. We also close with a reminder you may need more than you think: your existence is already extraordinary, your voice matters, and you are enough as you are.

If this hits home, subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next, share the episode with someone who needs it, and leave a review to help more people find the show. What’s one expectation you’re ready to stop living for?

  • What Is The Journey To Success
    May 27 2026

Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.

Success sounds glamorous until you’re living the slow part: the false starts, the awkward first attempts, the moments where you swear you’re “close” and the results say otherwise. I share why I ultimately chose the name Journey To Success, even after experimenting with titles like “The Fabio Podcast” and “From Failure To Success” and realizing how the word failure can land heavier than we intend. The bigger point is the one most people miss: missteps are not the opposite of progress, they’re often the price of getting honest feedback.

We dig into the mindset traps that quietly destroy momentum, especially ego and impatience. Ego wants fast money and fast wins to impress someone, prove something, or escape a job overnight. But when speed becomes the goal, shortcuts take over, focus disappears, and burnout shows up right on schedule. We talk about why patience isn’t just a nice trait, it’s a core success skill that keeps you building when the early results are small and the work feels repetitive.

I also share a real example from Substack and audience building: running ads, losing subscribers, and realizing I was rushing instead of serving the right community. From there we get practical about the fundamentals that actually move the needle in personal growth and productivity: humility, learning from others, studying what’s already been documented, and using trial and error to create your own “instructions” for success. We close with the power of focus like a sniper, how to expand to new platforms without drifting from your core goal, and a question for you about what your journey looks like.

Subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next, share this with a friend who needs encouragement, and leave a review. What challenge has shaped your path the most?

  • What Is The 635 Method
    May 20 2026

Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.

Your best ideas can die in a “brainstorm” for two predictable reasons: it gets personal, and it gets loud. We start with a simple real-life moment where a quick conversation with my fiancée flips a stuck problem into an easier path forward, then we use that as proof of something most of us forget when we’re grinding solo. A fresh perspective can save you hours, but only if you know how to invite it without turning the room into a debate.

We dig into the hidden friction inside collaborative brainstorming: when someone challenges your intuition, it can feel like they’re challenging you. To stop that spiral, we talk about zooming out, building a wider mental frame, and separating facts from assumptions so feedback becomes useful instead of personal. That shift alone can change how you handle creative thinking, decision-making, and problem solving at work or in your own projects.

Then we get practical with a simple, structured brainstorming technique: the 6-3-5 method (brainwriting). Six participants write three ideas in five minutes, pass the paper, and build on what’s already there. The result is calmer meetings, more equal participation, less chaos, and up to 108 ideas generated through iterative collaboration. If you want a repeatable way to run better brainstorming sessions and improve idea generation, this is a strong place to start.

  • What Is Self Honesty
    May 13 2026

Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.

You can read every book, save every quote, and “stay positive” for months, but if you’re not telling yourself the truth, you’ll keep repeating the same patterns. We go straight at the real reason so many people stay stuck: self-deception dressed up as comfort, excuses, and familiar habits. If you’ve been saying you want success, financial freedom, or personal growth while avoiding the discomfort that change requires, this one is meant to challenge you in a good way.

We break down what real progress looks like when you stop lying to yourself and start acting with clarity. That includes self-awareness (seeing strengths and weaknesses without denial), setting SMART goals you can measure, and embracing reality without pretending your situation is better than it is. From there we move into resilience, using a powerful “cave” metaphor to show how fear narrows your options and how perspective can reopen possibilities.

We also talk growth mindset and failure: not as an ending, but as useful feedback when you analyze it and adjust your approach. You’ll hear why seeking honest feedback can speed up your self-improvement, how supportive relationships create accountability, and why regular reflection and celebrating small wins keep motivation alive over the long haul.

If this hit home, subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next, share it with someone who needs a push toward honesty, and leave a review to help more people find the show. What’s one area where deeper self-honesty could change your future?
