Hi, I’m Amy, mom, wife, homeschooler, nurse, published author, entrepreneur, and follower of Christ. For six long years, my children and I struggled with intense health challenges. We tried medications, elimination diets, supplements, workshops, natural remedies, and countless protocols searching for answers. Some things helped temporarily, but nothing created lasting change. I felt trapped in my body, emotionally exhausted, and terrified my children would struggle for the rest of their lives too. Eventually, I realized I had spent years searching outside myself for answers while ignoring the deeper stress, emotional patterns, internal pressure, and nervous system overwhelm my body had been carrying for years. When I began slowing down, asking deeper questions, listening to my body, addressing emotional suppression, and implementing holistic healing practices, everything began to shift. Today, my family and I live free from the constant cycle of fear, isolation, and hopelessness that once consumed our lives. We also live free from the allergy prison we once thought was a life sentence.
