    Bio

David MacLean is the Founder and Chief Impact Assurance Officer (CIAO) of P3I.GLOBAL and JV Partner of ESG IMPACTS. Both ventures are centered around the certainty that mature, readily available solutions already exist that immediately solve any building or community health, sustainability or resiliency issues while also capable of creating greater measurable environmental, social, and financial asset value. With over 30 years of the building science, economic analysis, sustainability, and community impact expertise, David is also a founding Board Member of the USGBC Texas Chapter, Chair of the Impact Advisory Community, and Co-Founder of the Texas Sustainable Business Network.

David's work is focused on fielding solutions that push back against the lowest-first-cost minimum-building-code paradigm that has allowed the built environment ecosystem’s ceiling to become the lowest minimum expectation, rather than its floor. Through P3I.GLOBAL and ESG IMPACTS, he equips investors, developers, architects, and planners with the decision-ready, business-case data they need to substantiate the deployment of generationally responsible designs, technologies, and capital strategies which lead to safer, healthier, and more prosperous places for everyone.
