love this book, really nice speed and all options included, harder than i thought it would be for an audiobook, great for travel, nice music in the background, shivas awesome! recommend for sure x

I bought this Yoga audio as I used to have the CDs and loved the practices and how clearly Shiva explains everything.
Unfortunately the tracks are all mixed up in this audio rendering - Solar Practice is tracks 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 11 & 13
Lunar Practice is tracks 1, 4, ,5, 7 and 12
Then there's an Ujjayi Pranayama meditation in the midst of it all on Track 10!
What a mess! And a real shame for what is a wonderful set of yoga and meditation practices 🙄

I own the CD version of this; its fantastic. This also means I know that the order of the tracks is not correct on this audible version. As it is on audible I can't really jump tracks easily, nor can I make a play list, eg to separate sun and moon salutations.

The audio version has a nice poster to confirm poses.

Please get the track order corrected and consider moving this to Amazon music.

this double CD is amazing but as an audible book you have not offered the name of each chapter or presented to reflect the sun and lunar classes as per the CD. I have had to buy the CD separately too just to get the name and order of each class. this is really lazy!
