I read this book to try and understand how best to support someone I know beginning to experience the symptoms of perimenopause. I found it very enlightening with lots of information and research led findings I had no idea existed. Also has helpful website info and how to find a supportive medical professional to help with the transition. The author has been through it herself, had to re-educate herself on common misconceptions, and is now passing on her findings. As a man I will never understand what it means to go through menopause, but this book has greatly helped me to at least begin to support anyone I know who goes through it. Very grateful for this resource. Highly recommended.
