I came across this book recently and found it really informative. it's easy to understand and has lots of helpful tips you can try to help yourself. We all know that anxiety is not good for us, and everyone wants to get rid of it, even if we want to keep perpetuating it. And that's where the main struggle is but this book has covered this topic in a very informative and comprehensive way. I like that the author was very thoughtful about the subject and put his research and information, keeping the people in his mind who is actually facing difficulty with anxiety. Also, there is a step-by-step guide to overcoming anxiety in this book and maintaining a whole lifestyle with mental peace and calmness. Overall great book on the subject, and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.
