Hi, I’m Lilah. Welcome to Fit For.m --

I’m a Certified Classical Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor eRYT500, Internationally Accredited Yoga Therapist and Movement Neurology Specialist ...currently living between turquoise shorelines and endless Texas skies. Most importantly, I'm a Christian

As a former ballet dancer and aerialist, I’ve spent much of my life fascinated by the body -- how it moves, heals, adapts, and carries us through every season of life.

For awhile, I stepped away.

Health challenges, loss, healing, questions, body image struggles, transitions, heartbreak, and finding my way to a deeper connection with God changed me.

This podcast is about returning — to health, truth, and to the quiet place where we meet with Jesus.

Each week I’ll share movement, healing practices, Bible readings, faith, reflections, and moments of stillness to make space for the Holy Spirit to move.

I believe movement can be prayer, that our bodies were created with purpose, and that healing begins on the inside.

I’m glad you’re here. Come walk with me.

Xx

  • Called Before We're Ready : the vulnerable path to finding your voice in His service
    Jun 15 2026

In this episode of Fit For.M, I'm sharing what it feels like to answer a call from God while still finding my footing. Together, we'll explore Isaiah 42, Genesis 1, the beauty of being made in God's image, and why I've chose to stop supporting vague spiritual language and start speaking God's name openly.

This conversation is about formation, surrender, and trusting that God doesn't wait for us to be fully ready before He calls us to serve.

If you've ever felt unqualified, uncertain, or afraid to use your voice, this episode is for you.

  • The Beloved Disciple & The Body : "What is That to You?"
    Jun 8 2026

Disordered Eating, Comparison, and Healing through Identity in Christ

In today’s episode, we reflect on Jesus’ words to Peter in John 21:20–23 —

“What is that to you? You follow me.”

Together, we’ll explore how comparison quietly shapes our relationship with our bodies, our worth, and our identity. Drawing from my own experiences with disordered eating, body image struggles, adoption, movement culture, and seasons of both restriction and emotional eating, we’ll discuss what it means to stop looking sideways and begin seeing ourselves through the eyes of Christ.

We’ll talk about the ways body narratives become loud, the temptation to use food to control, numb, or soothe our pain, and the difference between caring for our bodies and trying to earn our worth through them.

Most importantly, we’ll explore how our identity as beloved sons and daughters of God offers a path toward healing, freedom, and deeper trust.

If you’ve ever found yourself comparing your body, your journey, your healing, or your life to someone else’s, this conversation is for you.

May it encourage you to release comparison, draw near to Christ, and remember that you are already loved.

  • The Beginning : When God Asks Us to Release Our Grip | Fit For.M
    Jun 1 2026

“Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am…” (John 17:24)

We are His, a gift from the Father, and He has called us by name. Welcome to the first episode of Fit For.M! Join me for our very first living room chat about surrender, purpose, suffering, healing, and learning how to lay down our nets and follow Jesus more closely.

Today we talk about Peter on the shore, long seasons of trials, releasing our attachments, caring for these bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, and discovering that perhaps God is doing a deeper work in us than we can yet see.

If you are walking through loneliness, health struggles, uncertainty, grief, disappointment, or simply feeling far from God, I pray this conversation feels like an invitation to draw near and remember:

You were made for more than survival.
    More than just getting through.
    More peace.
    More truth.
    More purpose.
    More of Him.

May God keep you and bless you, and may you discover how near He has always been. 🤍

Thank you for listening. I'm so happy you're here.
