Susanne M. Zaninelli As a cultural scientist, philosopher and psychologist, I recognised early on the systemic connection between personal development and cultural change. These scientific findings as well as my worldwide experiences in companies flow into my seminars, workshops, keynotes, podcasts, high potential programmes and training series, as well as into my numerous publications, such as the - book ‘How to create Innovation. Unlocking Culture. 2022’ and the - book ‘Fühlen. Mit Emotionen arbeiten. 2025’. Broadening spaces of mutual understanding is particularly close to my heart. Since my university studies, I have dedicated myself to self-development.
