Mette Norgaard, Ph.D., has spent three decades working with senior leaders at the intersection of leadership, physiology, and philosophy. Her work begins where most leadership thinking stops: in the body, in the pause, in the quality of attention a leader brings to the hardest moments. She is the co-author of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller TouchPoints, written with Doug Conant, former CEO of Campbell's. Leading with Aliveness is her most complete statement of what she has learned in thirty years of that work.  Norgaard is the founder of Leading with Aliveness. She holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems and began her career as a physical therapist — a foundation that has shaped her understanding of leadership as an embodied practice. She is based in New York and works with leaders worldwide.
