Justin Jones-Fosu, MBA, CSP, is a husband and dad of four, international speaker, philanthropist, researcher, and author whose mission is to help leaders and individuals create meaning at work and at home. He is the Founder and CEO of Work. Meaningful., a research and training firm that equips organizations and individuals to thrive through purpose, leadership, and meaningful work. Justin is also the Founder of the Work Meaningful Foundation, which supports under-resourced students in Ghana through the development of schools, technology labs, clean water initiatives, and educational opportunities. Justin is the author of Stop Chasing, Start Creating: A Timeless Fable on Mindset, Resilience, and Meaningful Work, I Respectfully Disagree: How to Have Difficult Conversations in a Divided World, The Inclusive Mindset, and Your WHY Matters NOW. His work challenges readers to move beyond external validation and create lives rooted in purpose, resilience, and impact. As the lead author of the Meaningful Work in America National Study, Justin has helped advance the conversation around what makes work meaningful and fulfilling. His research and insights have been featured in TIME, the Associated Press, Oprah Daily, Fast Company, Business Insider, HR Magazine, Good Day LA, and numerous other media outlets. A former HR professional, Justin earned an MBA specializing in Leadership and Organizational Change and is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the highest earned designation awarded by the National Speakers Association. He was also recognized as one of EBONY Magazine's "30 Young Leaders on the Rise."
