Jared Tendler, MS, LMHC, is an internationally recognized mental game coach with over 20 years of experience. His clients span 45 countries and include world champion poker players, PGA and LPGA Tour winners, executives, entrepreneurs and institutional and independent financial traders. Jared holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and attained a license as a mental health counselor. His straightforward and logical approach has been proven to help people solve their mental game problems and perform at their highest levels. He is the author of three highly acclaimed books, The Mental Game of Poker 1 & 2 and his newest book The Mental Game of Trading. His forthcoming book Everyday Golf Psychology will be released April 21st, 2026. He also previously served as Head of Sport Psychology for the esports organization Team Liquid. Jared’s diverse experience and proven techniques make him among the best mental coaches in the world. His interest in the mental game was born out of personal experience. While playing collegiate golf for Skidmore College, Jared was a three-time All-American and won nine tournaments, yet continually choked in major national events. Driven to find answers, he earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology and became a licensed therapist to solve the problems conventional sports psychology couldn’t. Since then, Jared’s straightforward and practical approach to coaching has helped thousands solve their mental game problems and perform at their highest levels.
