J. Brett Earnest has mentored and counseled young men and fathers in the United States and Europe for over twenty years. He is a graduate of Mercer University with majors in Christianity and Greek, and attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a Marine infantry veteran and has worked in programming, statistics, and corporate management. Today, Brett and his wife, Magdalena, are homeschoolers and homesteaders in the Southern Appalachian Mountains where they hunt, fish, trap, and grow most of their food. Their two sons, Oliver and Filip, continue to be a blessing and a challenge every day... just like boys should be.
