In 2017, he founded Leading and Learning with Character Professional Development, an organization dedicated to helping leaders grow with intention, enhance their influence, and lead with integrity across law enforcement and every professional field. In addition to his leadership roles, Earl is an author, speaker, and trainer committed to developing leaders who serve with character. He and his wife, Penny, live in Oklahoma with their four children, who remain the heart behind his leadership.
