Damon Aleczander is the founder and CEO of OpFix, a business operations firm that works with founder-led companies to fix broken systems and build infrastructure that scales. Before OpFix, Damon built and operated companies across financial services, lending, and business consulting. He started in the markets as a day trader, built a trading academy that enrolled nearly 1,000 students in its first year, managed private investment funds, and launched a financial services company that has served over 50,000 clients to date. Along the way, he experienced every version of operational failure that exists in a growing business. Broken systems. Founder dependency. Revenue without profit. Teams without structure. He built the businesses, broke the businesses, and then built the system to fix them. That system became OpFix.
