Betsy uses the pronouns she/her and is excited to work on new fantasy books with characters crafted from her own LGBTQIA+ experiences and life as a mom of a neurodiverse child. Random fun facts about Betsy include: Her childhood pet was a 300 lbs potbelly pig She once poked a hole through the back of the throat with a dowel She was so hopelessly clumsy that after one lesson, her cheer coach refunded her mom's money The majority of SPELLED was written in 3 weeks. Betsy hated high school so much she went to college classes rather than go to 10th, 11th and 12 grades.
