The Lurran Chronicles

Eli never asked for an adventure, but he wasn't given much of a choice after getting tossed into the magical prison world of Lurra, filled with superpowered humans who don't know their ancestors were locked away thousands of years ago by near-immortal jailers that many now worship as gods. To make matters worse, the experimental implant in Eli's head is malfunctioning, causing a series of problems that could quickly turn deadly, and the closest neurosurgeon might as well be a universe away.

Eli’s had a rough month, waking up in some strange world only to face cultists, bandits, and a 3-meter-tall demon. Now, he finds himself in a mysterious contest against other non-human practitioners in a fight to the death. To make matters worse, some psycho back on Lurra is setting himself up as a claimant to an extinct empire bent on enslaving the world with his monstrous powers.

After fighting a demon, surviving a life-or-death trial, and taking care of a psycho out to crown himself emperor, Eli was really hoping for a peaceful trip on a skyship to Galdish with his friends and allies. Unfortunately, powerful forces are converging around him, making his journey far more perilous as the supposed "gods" continue to meddle with the world of Lurra.

Eli continues his adventures in Lurra, lost once again after Fluxi's gateway dropped him in the middle of some unknown settlement, far from his friends. At the same time, the Association has begun to step out from the shadows, revealing their horrifying intentions for this world as they manipulate the Remnant's forces into launching a fresh invasion on the Pantheon Alliance.

The Association has finally become aware of Eli's presence in the sequestered world of Lurra, with one of his recently resurrected enemies tasked by Lady Peja to hunt him down. At the same time, the Remnant's invasion of the Pantheon Alliance continues while the temple families and others in Galdish scheme to send Eli beyond life's veil to answer for his blasphemous crimes.

Eli returns to Lurra and immediately gets to work helping to protect the Pantheon Alliance's cities from the Southerners' invasion, but he’s also a bit busy saving the bound from the Temple families and their twisted views on life. At the same time, Arenfel and the Association's members face their own challenges, largely self-inflicted, as Lugh continues working towards his escape from this magical prison, regardless of the costs.
