Rebekah Daniels is always excited about something. Most of the time, it's anything at all to do with solving a mystery. Now, she's super excited to be going to a brand-new school with her best friend, Mouse. But so far, her first day isn't starting out so well. She really couldn't help running into the janitor, because how would she get to class in time without running? But, the bigger question remains.... That janitor had shown up in the hall out of nowhere! Rebekah is sure of it. So, now she has her first fifth-grade mystery to solve, and it's a big one!

It's that time of year again! Rebekah and Mouse love the first day of summer for so many reasons. At the top of that list is the big reveal of the special new summer flavor of ice cream at their favorite hangout, the Ice Cream Shoppe. Mr. Sprool always surprised them with some delicious new flavor that they enjoyed nearly every day of summer. But something was different this first day of summer and Rebekah was determined to solve the mystery that would hopefully lead to the ice cream tasting that she has been dreaming of.

Rebekah is so excited to be going on a ski trip with her favorite detective and cousin, RJ. They'll drink hot chocolate, do some skiing and of course there is bound to be at least one good mystery to solve. When their ski instructor, Matt, fills them in about the local ghost snowman, they are not going to miss this opportunity to break a few rules and solve the mystery!
