Curvy Girl Christmas

I know a lot about fashion, and having your brother’s best friend babysit you while your family's out of town is not a good look. Especially since I’ve wished every year on the Christmas star that Kane could see me as more than the dorky kid sister of his best friend. And every year my wish doesn’t come true. But he made a promise to my brother to look after me, so I’m stuck spending more time with him than ever before. At first, I think it will be easy to ignore my feelings for him with a major deadline for my dream fashion program looming.

My parents spend every Christmas in the hospital. My dad is a charge nurse, and my mom’s a doctor. And me? I’m their disappointing daughter who faints at the sight of blood and can never imagine wearing scrubs to work every day. We spend every Christmas at the hospital because injuries and illnesses don’t take a day off, and every year I feel bad for the people there. So this year, I’m going to do something about it.
