Peter and the Wolf is a special tale that tells of a fearless young boy. It has been described as a 'symphonic fairy tale for children'. In this version, the renown Tim V of Sham 69 narrates the story while the Koln Kindestrasse Orchestra accompanies it. Each character in the tale is represented by a different instrument of the orchestra: the bird is played by the flute, the duck by the oboe, the cat by a clarinet, the grandfather by the bassoon, the wolf by the French horns, the hunters by the kettle drums and timpani; and, finally, Peter is portrayed by the strings.

For as long as I can remember, I've had a boring, predictable life. In my pursuit of a more meaningful life, I've noticed how our internal differences are ignored by most self-help gurus and spiritual leaders. Their methods and teachings don’t usually work for the majority of people because they don’t consider how wide the psychological gap is between them and their followers. I didn't have to read a book about how poor people think. I grew up poor and I know that mindset first-hand. When we understand the psychology of poor people, it’s easy to see why sharing information about wealth isn’t enough to penetrate the soul of a poverty-stricken mind.

The purpose for which I wrote the following poem(s) is because they assisted me in expressing the feelings, thoughts, and emotions which I was having at the time while I walked through a relatively challenging period of my life. I hope to inspire other young Black males to also express their thoughts, talk about their feelings, and to hopefully try to make the world a better place. Allow yourself as the listener to think of your own perspective regarding these topics, issues, and subject matters.

The Circle of Eternal Shadows' purpose is to confine the Shadow that dwells within the forest. This creature traps the souls of those it encounters. All could be lost if the Shadow were to break from its confinement. Crox visits the forest where he had a horrific car crash years earlier. He was saved from death by a tiny kitten that lived in the woods. He names the life-saving kitten Lucky. While walking in the woods, he comes across a black cat with emerald green eyes, the same color Lucky had.
