Not least of all, because our ability to treat mental health personally is still very much in its infancy. What works wonders for someone may do nothing for another, and what worked for you yesterday may leave you still in despair tomorrow. Rather than seeing this as a reason to throw the towel in and give up, I want you to see it as a reason to go out there and find another approach.
