Jill Mansell is the author of over 20 bestselling novels, including Falling for You, Kiss and Solo. She joins Robin Morgan in the Audible Studios to discuss her latest novel, You, Me and Always, her writing career, and her unconventional use of the yellow pages.

Lupton studied literature at Cambridge University, graduating in 1986. After graduating, she wrote for Literary Reviews and was invited to join the Royal Court Theatre. During this time, Lupton won a television play competition and earned herself a job as a screenwriter. While her husband, a doctor, was working all hours, Lupton decided that as an author she could write around her kids being at school. So, after much work, her first novel, Sister, was published. We chatted to Rosamund Lupton about her career as a writer and author and how she creates such thrilling reads.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss her latest book, Bad Girls: A History of Rebels and Renegades, is author and journalist Caitlin Davies. Caitlin Davies was born in London in 1964. She is the author of five novels and five non-fiction books, and has worked as a teacher and freelance journalist for 25 years. In 1989 she moved to Botswana where she worked for the country's first tabloid newspaper, The Voice, and later as editor of the Okavango Observer. She received a Journalist of the Year award.

Miranda Doyle visits the Audible Studios to talk about her new novel, A Book of Untruths.

Joining us at Audible Studios is Louise Doughty, an English fiction and non-fiction writer, a playwright and a journalist. Doughty studied for an MA in Creative Writing. As her writing for newspapers and radio began to garner more attention, she wrote and released her first novel, and hasn't stopped since then. One of her novels, Apple Tree Yard, was adapted into a BBC series under the same name.

Harris is the author of young adult series Jessica Cole under the pseudonym Sarah Sky. Having worked as a journalist over many years, Harris is now publishing her first adult novel, The Colour of Bee Larkham’s Murder. Sarah J Harris talks to us about this latest novel, what brought her into the world of synaesthesia and face blindness and how it was important for her to get the stamp of approval from those communities.

David Hewson joins Robin Morgan in the Audible Studios to discuss Romeo and Juliet: A Novel, the latest in the series of original audiobook adaptations of Shakespeare plays, narrated by Richard Armitage. The audiobooks are imaginative reworkings of the original plays using contemporary language but retaining the original historical settings.

Tom Rachman is a man of many talents - he is not just an international selling author but previous editor at the International Herald Tribune in Paris and a foreign correspondent for the Associated Press in Rome. Rachman's works have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Slate and New Statesman. He visits the Audible Studios to tell us about his new book, Basket of Deplorables.

Joining us in the Audible Studios is Welsh actor Alexander Vlahos. In this interview, Alexander tells us what he likes about narrating and what it’s like to be an actor. Vlahos narrates H. G. Wells’ The First Men in the Moon, a scientific romance novel first published in 1901. Following protagonists Mr Bedford and Dr Cavor, listeners indulge in their journey to the moon, where they come across the sophisticated insectlike creatures ‘Selenites’.

Joining us at Audible Studios is household name thanks to Channel 4's Gogglebox, June Bernicoff. June, alongside her husband, Leon, joined Gogglebox from its very first season in 2013, until 2017. Unfortunately, after a short illness and complications, Leon passed away just before Christmas in 2017. After his passing, June decided that she couldn't return to Gogglebox alone. She appeared on the show as a partnership: Leon and June. She couldn't face appearing as just June. Instead, she took the opportunity to tell the story of Leon and June.

Queenie is a relatable, darkly comic take on a Jamaican-British woman living in London trying to recover from a messy breakup, gain some attention among all the white middle class peers at her newspaper job and, most of all, fit into two different cultures. We spoke about her motivations for writing Queenie, her career, the lack of diversity in publishing and what she is planning on doing next.

He chatted about his career, personal life and latest release, The Word Is Murder. With a modern twist on the classic crime novel, fans will not be disappointed with this captivating thriller.

Matt Haig, the award-winning best-selling author for children and adults, joins Robin Morgan for his second time in the Audible Studios to discuss his new book How to Stop Time. It follows the character of Tom Hazard, a man that looks 41 but, owing to a rare condition, has actually been alive for centuries. Matt Haig tells Robin about how he came up with the idea for the book as well as its new film adaptation, produced and starring Benedict Cumberbatch.

He joins Robin Morgan in the Audible Studios to discuss this book, how it came about, and he even gives a sneak peak of what to expect in the next Millenium novel, due for release later this year.

Joining us at Audible Studios is Anne Griffin, debut author of the next great Irish novel, When All Is Said. We spoke about her new book, The Five, which tells the story of Jack the Ripper’s victims, revealing their interesting and varied true lives and their stories, which have been lost due to misogyny and tabloid press. We also spoke about her love of history, her research and her plans for the future.
