A quick swim helps them save a father, twin girls, and a set of pouty grandparents, but then things take a turn. Rowan’s daughter Lana shows the family photos of the rescue later, and everybody they just saved has a death omen hanging over them. Save for one person, the grandmother. That means that death isn’t done with the family, and it’s up to Rowan and her merry band of paranormal hunters to find the answers necessary to save everybody involved.

It’s Halloween in Whisper Cove. To Harper Harlow-Monroe that means candy, parties, and costumes to celebrate her favorite holiday of the year. That’s what she’s expecting anyway. What she gets is the exact opposite. When her husband Detective Jared Monroe calls to tell her there’s a ghost on County Line Bridge throwing items at passing cars and causing accidents, Harper is hoping for a quick takedown but that’s not what she gets. The ghost isn’t just hanging out on the bridge because she’s bored. No, Whisper Cove’s former librarian is protecting a body. Nobody knows how the teenager got there.

The final battle is here. Hannah Hickok had high hopes for her wedding and honeymoon, but everything changes when a local politician stops by to casually drop some disturbing news. It seems Casper Creek is going to be seized by eminent domain…and there’s nothing she can do about it. Cooper Wyatt knows that the land can’t just be taken from Hannah willy-nilly, but stopping what’s about to happen is going to take more than the sheriff on their side. They’re also going to need some magical help.
