Two superheroes become suspicious of their city's most powerful hero, the seemingly-invulnerable Magma Man, when something he says during a poker game doesn't add up. Why would he lie? Was he trying to protect someone? Was he drunk? Okay, he was probably drunk. But, is he in league with the villain? Is he the villain? And if he is, how can he be stopped? Dimension-hopping superhero Speed Chicken finds himself trapped in an alternate reality without his beloved wife and child. It is a world where superheroes make money on social media (so their civilian identities don't need jobs) and where the maniacal Doc Doxx is trying to rid the Earth of power-free humans. Meanwhile, a half-alien college student is taken on a wild ride with the other-world variant of his girlfriend. Together, they try to stop Doxx's scheme, but is Doxx using a social media app to track superheroes?
