Nach der Eroberung und Verteidigung Vuzgals haben Erik und Rugrat eine neue Aufgabe zu bewältigen – die Errichtung einer Stadt. Bisher sind sie förmlich durch die Reiche gerast, aber Vuzgal ist ein Preis, den sie nicht einfach aufgeben können. Alva wird ebenso mobilisiert wie ihre Verbündeten, um die neue Stadt aufzubauen. Es ist an der Zeit, ihre Gewinne zu festigen und an ihren Handwerken, ihren Kampffähigkeiten und ihrer Kultivierung zu arbeiten.

Während Vuzgal im Bann eines Kampfwettbewerbs steht, untermauert der Stadtstaat seine Unabhängigkeit und Stärke. Alva bereitet sich darauf vor, die verlorene Wasserebene zurückzuerobern.
