We’re collectively and individually having to dig deeper, reach higher and be more flexible and agile than ever before.We need all the help and advice we can get to figure out how we self care and people lead across this constantly shifting landscape.So I wrote “Four Questions” as a compass for navigating this next normal; Who am I? How am I? How do I? Why and Where do I? Easy enough to ask, but it’s in the answering that challenge and growth are found.
