Award-winning blogger, journalist and author Sean O’Callaghan talks to us about the release of his debut audiobook, Fat Gay Vegan: Eat, Drink and Live Like You Give a Sh*t. Sean has promoted vegan food, pop-ups, cafes, restaurants and ventures across the UK, and his book offers a step-by-step guide on how to live a more compassionate lifestyle. In this interview Sean shares his experience of writing, how he first became vegan and what veganism means to him.

Robert Peston is the presenter of ITV's politics show, Peston, and has been ITV News' political editor since 2015, having previously worked as BBC's business editor for a decade. Tricky was a part of the original line up of the Wild Bunch, who became Massive Attack in 1987. Tricky performed with them until 1995, when he went solo with his first album, titled after his mother, Maxinquaye. He gained national and international fame, which he is famously uncomfortable with. His solo career has seen many albums released, as well as Tricky co-producing music throughout this time. We spoke to Tricky about violence in Knowle-West growing up, the first music he made and what he hopes people will take away from the book....
