This podcast honours truth through presence and deep listening. It offers a space where my guests share their stories authentically and reconnect with the medicine within their own stories. Like the waves in the ocean, no journey is the same. Through unedited conversations, lived experiences become teachings and wisdom rises naturally.

This is an invitation to listen with your heart, take what resonates and leave what doesn't.

This is Your Story, Your Medicine,

curated by Taylor Jardine.

  • The Stories of Marieke Bresseleers
    May 18 2026

From a child standing out in a small Belgian town, to stepping onto stages around the world. Marieke's life has reflected both her introvert and performer spirit.

She nurtured her gifts early with structure and discipline, but the cracks started to appear when she found herself crossing lines she never thought she'd cross.

From overcoming addiction, domestic violence and fighting for justice in a court case lasting 4 years. She found strength in removing the inner victim and becoming the sovereign of her own destiny.

This is a powerful story of survival and return.

I will be sharing my reflections after the podcast but until then sit back and enjoy the journey of Marieke Bresseleers. @little_bloody_marie

  • The Stories of Ed Barton
    May 4 2026

Ed's contrasting childhood led him on a seesaw of deconstructed life adventures.

From straight A's to losing his brother and almost himself to drugs.

Ed's life views were challenged by combining psychotherapy and psychedelics opening, not only himself, but a world of possibilities.

From 6 years in China before hitting a personal rock bottom to becoming fluent in the language and then being the interpreter for the British embassy.

Though impressive, his climb back to the top was met with crippling social anxiety and medication.

A change of heart moved him from a government desk job to lucrative remote online work, where he traded addressing diplomats in conference halls for loose getaways in Vegas and Champagne at the front of the plane.

At this point, the only thing slowing Ed down was 3.5 years in a Japanese monastery.

This story has it all, as it showcases the true example of human introspection and what can be achieved and overcome because of it.

I will be sharing my reflections after the podcast but until then, sit back and enjoy the path of Ed Barton. @edbarton.coach

  • The Stories of Kate Liston-Mills
    Apr 20 2026

Kate's gift of interpersonal connection sparks like a summer storm.

Her early years of barefoot bush education and social isolation showed her how to create and care for country.

A near-death experience in her early life turned into a true dark night of the soul surrendering.

Her endless perseverance and inner recalibration paved the way for her and the world, to connect to the artist within.

From her mind to her heart, this story is a true testament to life on the other side.

I will be sharing my reflections after the podcast. But until then, sit back and enjoy the transformation of Kate Liston-Mills. @katelistonmillsauthor
