  • Episode 67 When Love Feels Safe: How to Let Healthy Love In
    Jun 12 2026

When love finally feels safe, why can it still feel so uncomfortable?

In this episode, I talk about healthy love, emotional safety, and why people sometimes push away the very kind of relationship they say they want. If you’ve been used to chaos, inconsistency, emotional distance, or having to earn affection, safe love can feel unfamiliar at first. Peace can feel boring. Consistency can feel intense. Kindness can feel suspicious.

But sometimes the problem isn’t the love in front of you. Sometimes the problem is that your past taught your body to expect pain.

This episode is about learning how to let healthy love in without abandoning yourself, ignoring your standards, or turning fear into sabotage. Because healing isn’t only about knowing who to walk away from. At some point, healing also becomes learning how to stay present when something good finally shows up.

  • Episode 66 Another Year Older: Stop Wasting Time on What You Already Know
    Jun 7 2026

Since today is my birthday, I wanted to use it as a reason to talk about something we all eventually have to face: time, honesty, and the moments in life where we already know the truth but keep negotiating with it anyway.

In this episode, I talk about getting older, learning from your own patterns, and why another year of life should not just be about age, but about awareness. I also share a personal story about someone from my past coming back into my life, how old feelings can wake up, and why knowing better does not always mean we immediately act better.

Because sometimes the lesson is not about being perfect. It is about recognizing the pattern faster, being honest sooner, and finally stepping away from what you already know is not right for you.

Another birthday is not just proof that you got older. It is a chance to ask yourself if you are finally ready to stop wasting time on what you already know is not for you.

  • Episode 65 The Truth About Rebounds: Moving On or Just Filling the Void?
    Jun 5 2026

Are you actually moving on, or are you just trying to fill the space your ex left behind?

In this episode, I talk about rebounds — what they really are, why they can be dangerous, and why they are not always as simple as people make them seem. Because a rebound is not only about how fast you date after a breakup. Time does not always tell the whole story. The real question is whether you are choosing the new person clearly, or using them to quiet the pain from the last relationship.

Sometimes someone new helps you feel alive again. Sometimes they remind you that you are still attractive, still wanted, and still capable of connection. But sometimes that new person becomes a distraction, a replacement, or a way to avoid sitting with the hurt you have not fully processed.

This episode is about honesty, intention, emotional availability, and learning the difference between dating because you are ready and dating because you are trying not to feel alone.
