  • The Door Beneath the Society, Episode Two: Leynisafn
    Jun 30 2026

Rejected above ground by the Royal Society of Meridian and Map, Stephen Harrow is led below its polished halls by the peculiar Professor Erasmus Brindlequill and the sharp-eyed Harriet Ainsley Adams.

There, behind a map that has opinions and a door that opens only to truth, Stephen discovers Leynisafn — the hidden archive beneath London, where impossible maps, living instruments, sealed files, and forgotten warnings are kept from the world above.

But when the Storm Atlas awakens inside the archive and points toward a lighthouse beyond the fog, Stephen learns that Professor Voss’s work was only the beginning. A mysterious name has surfaced from the shadows: Grayne.

    And Leynisafn has a keeper.

A Vernean radio adventure of hidden doors, ancient archives, impossible instruments, and the truths respectable men try very hard to bury.

  • The Door Beneath the Society, Episode One: The Rejected Lecture
    Jun 24 2026

After the storm-haunted events in Patagonia, Stephen Harrow returns to London with the restored heart of the impossible instrument now known as the Storm Atlas.

Invited to present his findings before the Royal Society of Meridian and Map, Stephen expects skepticism — but he soon discovers that some men do not reject the truth because it is unbelievable.

They reject it because it is inconvenient.

Beneath chandeliers, polished brass, stiff collars, and respectable opinions, Stephen’s account of the Patagonian storm is dismissed as romance rather than evidence. But not everyone in the room is waiting to disbelieve him.

A sharp-eyed correspondent, a peculiar professor with a dragon-headed cane, and the quiet clicking of the Storm Atlas suggest that the Society may be hiding far more than its disapproval.

For beneath the polished floors of London, something very old is listening.

Voyages Beyond the Map is a Vernean radio adventure from Lantern Quest Studios — a journey into lost expeditions, impossible instruments, hidden archives, and the roads that are not lost, but waiting to be found.

  • The Storm Atlas, Part Two: The Valley Where Compasses Lie
    May 20 2026

Joshua, Baker, and Andrew Harrow awaken in the wreckage of The Resolute to discover that their parents — and the Storm Atlas — have been taken by Professor Alaric Voss. Guided by Tomás Aukan across the wild Patagonian ridges, the boys follow the tracks of Voss’s iron crawler toward a strange valley where compasses fail, the ground hums like a hidden engine, and courage must learn to move with wisdom.

Meanwhile, deep inside the mountain, Stephen and Libba Harrow face the terrible truth of Voss’s ambition: he has built a machine meant to command the weather itself. As storm, machinery, and moral danger converge, the Harrow family must discover whether bravery is enough — or whether love, patience, kindness, and self-control are the greater instruments of rescue.

The Storm Atlas, Part Two: The Valley Where Compasses Lie concludes the first cinematic adventure in Voyages Beyond the Map, a family-friendly radio adventure from Lantern Quest Studios.
