Summary
The Asian Center's Youth Programs mentor and support immigrant students across eight LPS middle and high schools. Our Untold Migrant Stories program features the stories of immigrant youth using their voice through visual and performing arts and media.
On this episode, a team of youth showcase a podcast they recorded as part of their Untold Migrant Stories project. Kaw Hser, a Karen refugee and advocate for his community, interviews his friends, Hai Blut and Augustine, about their experiences immigrating to the U.S. at a young age, acclimating to life in Lincoln, and their dreams for the future.
