Tim helped people as a pastor for over 30 years before he faced his own significant experience with personal trauma. After taking some time to recover, he transitioned into the addiction treatment sector.     Jen is a coach and facilitator with Tim Fletcher Co who first discovered Tim’s work on YouTube during a long search for healing, and found that his way of describing trauma helped things finally start to make sense. Going through the LIFT program became a turning point in her own journey, and now she brings that personal insight into her work with deep compassion. She leads EFT tapping workshops for the LIFT community and is especially interested in somatic regulation, including tapping and other body-based tools.
