Great to be with you all again back at our usual time with only a few hiccups.

We of course started with the big reveal of Marc’s new caravan garden room, George gave us his garden question, this week about Avocardo.

It was fantastic to have a tour of Elle’s garden now we have lighter evenings. She has achieved so much in a short space of time. With no doubt lots of hard work.

    Apr 24 2026

No guest just us having a chat showing and talking about what we have growing in our gardens.

After Instagram not letting us have sound on for the last few days we finally managed to get it sorted.

George gave us his weekly update in to his gardening world and gave Jamie and Marc their weekly gardening question. This week about apple trees.

It’s lovely to have a chat just the two of us every now and again and interact more with everyone watching.

See you next Tuesday for another episode with a guest hopefully 💚

What a privilege to have the knowledgeable house plant expert Jane on the podcast.

We started as ever with a quick chat with George and a gardening question about Asparagus this week.

Jane is the author of three books The Allotment Keepers Handbook, Legends of the Leaf and the latest book The Atlas of Deadly Plants.

She also hosts an award winning podcast On The Ledge which has over 300 episode all about houseplants.

Jane also encourages her listeners to join in with a house plant grow along to grow your own houseplants from seeds, which I have joined in with very successfully.

There is also a thriving paetron community with different levels to help support Janes podcast. All info is available on her website.

Jane showed us some of her houseplant collection, I loved the idea of creating a planter of plants that enjoy similar growing conditions, the floating moss balls are a great entry level plant for beginners.

We started the show as ever with our question from George, this week it was about Daffodils.

Then we got our guest Chris in to talk all things garden and of course his back story.

I loved hearing about some of the behind the scenes chat about Garden Rescue.

If you haven’t seen Chris’s 2024 Chelsea garden go check it out because it was absolutely stunning and give @sidhillecogardens a follow who he co designed with.

We of course finished with the lightening round what a trio Chris chose to garden with!

If you love tomatoes you are going to love this episode!

George gave us a garden question to start and it was about willows, as we were creating a living willow tunnel at @wild.inthe.woodscic this weekend which George helped with as well as lots of other fantastic volunteers.

We spoke to Ana about where her love of gardening came from.

She also told us how her daughter waning to make a bit of money selling seeds led to her creating her own heirloom seed shop.

I was fascinated to hear about the Brix meter that measures how sweet a tomato is.

Thanks everyone for watching and contributing join us next week for another guest 💚

    Mar 6 2026

We start the episode with George’s gardening question for Marc and Jamie, this week all about Bluebells. Can Jamie make it two wins in a row?

When we recorded the podcast on Tuesday we had lots of technical difficulties but hopefully managed to edit it in to a coherent episode.

It was great to hear all of the behind the scenes gossip about @thetraitorsukofficial

James gave us an exclusive about Gardeners World which was very exciting news.

We obviously got on to the gardening chat eventually, but we know you all wanted to hear lots about the traitors first.

Join us for another episode next week, thanks everyone for watching 💚
