Welcome to The And Also Podcast, where three best friends—Madeline Guinee, Sheyda Fassari, and Summer Edeen—turn their decade-long friendship into a show that feels like a chaotic group chat brought to life, but with fewer typos and more coherent tangents. We are a mix of East Coast and West Coast Transplants who met in college in Tennessee in 2014 and are now navigating life together with tons of giggles, some questionable advice, and a lot of personalities. Our redhead, blonde and brunette trio invite you to join us every other Wednesday for what feels like a girls’ night in with your closest friends, where the stories are unfiltered, the yapping never ends, and you’re always in on the joke, its what we like to call free therapy (for us, not you). Whether you’re here to commiserate, laugh, or just feel less alone in figuring things out, this is your space. This podcast is all about finding solidarity, humor, and heart in the chaos of growing up as girls together. Remember, life’s messy, but it’s better when you have friends to overthink it with. So pull up a chair, grab a drink, and let’s gab! Xoxo, Madeline, Sheyda and SummerCopyright 2024 All rights reserved. Social Sciences

  • Spring Fever Theory | The And Also Podcast Ep. 41
    Jun 10 2026

Welcome back to the And Also podcast! This week, the girls dive into the internet’s latest relationship theory: Spring Fever. Why do so many people suddenly end relationships when the sun comes out? Is it the promise of a hot girl summer, a renewed social life, or the realization that maybe you were only surviving cuffing season together?

Along the way, there are updates on various men, summer dating plans, and the very real challenge of introducing someone new to your friends. The conversation quickly turns into a debate about how much influence your friends should actually have over your relationships, when it's appropriate to speak up about a partner, and whether keeping relationship problems private helps or hurts in the long run.

Plus, the girls play a chaotic round of Husband Material or Not My Husband, where boats, golf, country concerts, espresso martinis, puka shells, and spontaneous camping trips all get put on trial.

So grab a drink, send this episode to a friend who always has an opinion about your dating life, and ask yourself one question: if everyone you love dislikes your partner… are they seeing something you’re missing?

  • The Body Positivity Episode Ep. 40
    May 27 2026

Welcome back to The And Also Podcast! This episode gets a little unhinged, a little emotional, and somehow starts with a dead turkey in Summer’s freezer before turning into one of the most vulnerable conversations the girls have had yet. Between hometown dates, overwhelming situationships, girls trips, drunk cigarettes, and plans for a very single summer in Europe, the episode slowly spirals into a deep dive on body image, insecurity, Ozempic culture, and what it actually means to feel good in your body.

The girls talk honestly about their experiences with GLP-1s, the pressure to be skinny again, the confusion around body positivity online, and the exhausting mental gymnastics women go through every single day when it comes to appearance. From gaining weight, losing weight, comparing themselves to other women, and struggling with self-worth, the conversation moves between funny, heartbreaking, and painfully relatable in true And Also fashion.

There’s also a real conversation about health, fitness, femininity, pregnancy, social media, and the way women speak to themselves behind closed doors. It’s messy, honest, emotional, and feels like sitting in on the kind of late night conversation you usually only have with your closest friends.

So grab a drink, give yourself a little grace, and remember that learning how to feel at home in yourself is probably a lifelong conversation for all of us.

  • The Villain Edit | The And Also Podcast Ep. 39
    May 13 2026

Welcome back to the And Also podcast, where this week the girls are talking about villain edits… the deserved ones, the undeserved ones, and the ones the internet creates out of absolutely nothing. What starts as a conversation about being labeled “mean girls” turns into a brutally honest episode about friendship breakups, jealousy, truth telling, public perception, and the pain of realizing someone you loved never actually liked you the way you thought they did.

Sheyda opens up about a friendship that slowly unraveled over time, while Madeline and Summer reflect on the moments they’ve been the villain in someone else’s story too. The girls get into the pressure of being perceived online, how easily people create narratives from incomplete information, and why being misunderstood is sometimes the price of being honest.

There’s also talk about “pick me” phases, drunk alter egos, internet conspiracy theories, dating while podcasting, and the exhausting reality of trying to control how everyone sees you. Somewhere between the chaos and the champagne, they land on a simple truth: you can be imperfect, opinionated, emotional, and still be a good person.

So grab a drink, settle in, and ask yourself one question: were you actually the villain… or just the easiest person to blame?
