I really didn't expect this to do much. I used to listen to calming music on my Alexa when unable to sleep, sometimes it worked and sometimes not. When I started listening to Safe and Sound my first thought was this is more annoying than relaxing but as I don't have my Alexa anymore I couldn't be bothered to start looking elsewhere. To my surprise I actually fell asleep before it ended. Five months on and this is still my go to anytime I can't sleep. I would recommend trying this as a relaxing/sleep aid. There are also more episodes to try .

These recordings really help me get to sleep, or just relax when nothing else will. I also find they elevate my mood. May sound strange and unappealing at first but stick with it.

fantastic for relaxing to and exceeded my expectations but it really ruined it at the end when, as I was deeply relaxed and dozing off, the narrator started talking again. completely ruined it
