They also cover the importance of knowing your family history and being able to tell your own story to your provider, estrogen dominance, and how to create balance. They also talk about seed cycling, vitamin D as a hormone, what happens when we get too hyper-focused on one symptom, and how to approach your doctor about possible perimenopause symptoms.
