Why am I having to repurchase the the audio files I have already paid for? I receive the message that I am encouraged to purchase the "new files" that are now included in my account. I have done as instructed but it appears I have to repeatedly keep downloading these "new files". Why is that? I am loosing my trust in Audiobook integrity. Please advise what i need to do to fix the problem that I did not have... please advise what I need to do to fix this issue that I previously did not have.
