    Kouri Richins’ defense team put in a filing this week ro change Richins’ sentencing date from May 13th, 2026 to late June 2026. May 13th happens to be the date The prosecution has objected to this change of date, writing the scheduled day is already beyond the 45 days maximum and suggesting it’s Richins’ herself who is behind the move not her lawyer’s grief over a recently deceased relative.
