  • EP 42: #WhyAreWeFriends FT. Kendall
    Jun 12 2026

Making friends as an adult can feel overwhelming—but it's far from impossible. In this episode of our recurring series, #WhyAreWeFriends, Daysha explores the real-life origins of her closest relationships to better understand how meaningful friendships are formed and maintained.

This week, Daysha reconnects with Kendall, her wifey for lifey from high school who she hasn’t lived in the same state as since they were teens. And yet, through a lot of conscious effort and communication, they’ve been able to maintain a vibrant friendship for the last 20 years! They chat about getting kicked out of the Vatican on a school trip to Italy, running high school together as Head and Vice Head of School, and what they learned being in an interracial friendship that started in their teens.

  • EP 41: Hosting Vs Hanging Out
    May 1 2026

Is it just Daysha or does even brunch feel like it’s gotten way more curated, aesthetic and high stakes lately? Are you someone who likes to show out when they plan a get together, but feel like people are all bailing on you at the last minute? • How social media has changed the way we think about those two terms

    • And offers some coaching for both event throwers and attendees on how to get better at communicating needs and setting appropriate expectations

  • EP 40: Can Men And Women Truly Ever Be Friends? FT. Becky Harris and Jess
    Apr 6 2026

While it’s coming a little late, in honor of Women’s history month, Daysha decides to tackle the age-old question of whether or not men and women — and more specifically hetero men and women can ever truly be friends. While the question can seem silly and slightly regressive, Daysha invites her bestie, Becky Harris, to sit down and ponder with her since Becky has had a lot of successful male friendships. But they soon realize, at what cost are women stifling themselves in order to maintain male friendship and discuss the impact that the media has had over societal norms about opposite sex friendship. And a jaw-dropping revelation forces Daysha’s boyfriend, Jess, to get in on the conversation as well.

    So, if you’ve always wondered:

    • Why do opposite-sex friendships get complicated?

    • What are healthy boundaries in male-female friendships?

    • How to make your partner comfortable about your opposite sex best friend

Then I hope you are sat and ready because Real Talk Friend Therapy with Daysha Veronica is in session!
