Important Jamboree Update & New Dates

The Jamboree team would like to thank you all for your continued support we truly appreciate each and every one of you.

We wanted to share an important update. A few weeks ago, we received notice from our previous hotel that they would no longer be honoring our contract, as they made the decision to cancel all alternative bookings, including the Littles Jamboree.

While this was unexpected, we quickly worked to secure a new location, and we are very grateful to our new hotel for welcoming us.
Because of this change, we’ve had to adjust our event dates. The Jamboree will now take place one week earlier, from November 11th through November 14th.

The good news is that our pricing will remain the same, and we will still be including both breakfast and dinner. Even more exciting, we are now closer than ever to having a full hotel takeover during those dates, we will be the only group in the hotel so far! There are fewer than 60 rooms available, so if we fill them, this will be our very first official Littles Jamboree hotel takeover.

While we are excited about this new opportunity, we are also saddened to part ways with a hotel we’ve worked with for nearly two years.

Sometimes unexpected changes happen, but we’re moving forward with positivity. The new hotel is located near West Allis Wisconsin and is not far from last year’s location.

We are still in need of volunteers! If you’re interested in helping out please message us. you’ll receive a discount on your ticket when you volunteer.

If the new dates no longer work for you, we completely understand. We are happy to offer refunds.Just please notify us by June1st

We’ll also be offering ticket discounts from May 3rd through June 14th, so be sure to take advantage of those savings.

We’re incredibly excited that the Jamboree is still happening, and we hope to see you all there from November 11th through the 14th!

  • AB/DL PT1: AGEPLAY & Diapers & Mental health
    Apr 14 2026

In this episode, we explore the intersection of mental health and the ABDL and age play lifestyle through a grounded, reflective lens.

We discuss how self-expression within age play can become a pathway for deeper self-understanding, helping individuals explore identity, emotional needs, and personal comfort in a safe and consensual way.

We also look at how community connection and shared experiences can support confidence-building and reduce feelings of isolation. For some, engaging in age play practices becomes part of a broader journey of acceptance learning to understand themselves more fully, set healthy boundaries, and develop stability in both personal life and relationships.

The episode also touches on how people navigate long-term partnerships within the lifestyle, emphasizing communication, trust, and mutual respect as key foundations.

While the journey can be complex and deeply personal, many find that exploring their identity in this space can open doors to self-awareness, emotional growth, and a stronger sense of belonging within themselves and their community.

  • AB/DL PT 2 Ageplay & Diapers To Long Term Mental Health
    Apr 14 2026

A lot of us start this journey terrified of what mom, dad, friends, or coworkers will think. And yeah that fear is real.

But here’s what I’ve seen after years in this lifestyle and talking to hundreds of you in my DMs and at events:
Sometimes the biggest wall isn’t the vanilla world.

Sometimes the biggest wall is the age play community itself.

You finally find the courage to put on that diaper, to regress, to let that little side breathe… and then you step into the online groups, the Discord servers, the munches, the cons… and suddenly there’s a whole new set of rules.

    “You’re not little enough.”
“You're not the right body type
    “You’re too old/too young/too femme/too masc.”
“Your dynamic isn’t ‘real’ age play.”
“You’re not submissive enough… or you’re too submissive.

“You’re a mommy? But you’re not my type of mommy.”

And the worst part? These voices start living in your head louder than your own. You start second-guessing your own happiness. You start performing for othera instead of living for you.

You forget that you have dreams or that you don' need permission to be the true you. However you learn over time that you get to live your truth, and you deserve long term mental health in the ABDL community.

  • AB/DL: Lets set our day in Littlespace
    Apr 5 2026

In this episode of Pampered Life, we’re talking about building comforting routines within your ABDL and age play lifestyle.

Specifically how creating a “BDO” (Baby Day Out / structured little-space routine) can completely shift the tone of your day.

What if starting your morning in your little space wasn’t something you squeezed in… but something you honored?

We explore how simple, soothing rituals like cuddling your favorite stuffy, using your pacifier, having a warm bottle, or turning on a nostalgic cartoon can help regulate your emotions, reduce stress, and create a sense of safety before stepping into the demands of the world.

These aren’t just “cute” moments they’re intentional acts of self-care and emotional grounding.

We’ll also talk about the power of planning little space into your schedule. Whether it’s a soft morning routine, a midday reset, or something to look forward to at night, creating space for your inner child can build positive habits, improve mental clarity, and give your day a sense of comfort and structure.
Because sometimes, the most productive thing you can do… is feel safe, soft, and cared for.

    Even in our littlespace lifestyle

✨ You deserve routines that support you

🧸 You deserve moments that bring you peace

🌙 And you deserve a life that feels gentle to live

Take a deep breath, get cozy, and let’s step into a softer way of living together.

    Apr 2 2026

The Pampered Life Podcast: Episode: Letting It Go Emotional Dumps In Your Diapers

In today’s episode of The Pampered Life, we’re opening up a gentle, honest conversation about emotional release, healing, and the many ways adults find comfort in their bodies and minds.

For some adults who are part of the diaper lover or adult baby community, wearing a diaper and even wetting or messing can be a deeply personal, non-sexual experience. It’s not about anything explicit. Instead, it can be about letting go.

We talk about how this act can serve as a form of:

    Emotional release after overwhelming days

A grounding tool for those navigating anxiety or PTSD

A physical way to release control and pressure

An “emotional dump,” where the body mirrors what the mind is trying to process.

There’s something powerful about allowing yourself to exist without expectations, even for a moment. In a world that constantly demands control, productivity, and composure, choosing softness choosing to release can be healing.

We also explore how removing shame is a key part of this journey. When something is consensual, private, and rooted in emotional care, it deserves understanding not judgment.

This episode is about compassion. It’s about redefining what comfort looks like. And most importantly, it’s about giving yourself permission to feel, to release, and to simply be.

You are allowed to find peace in the ways that work for you, even if its means wetting and messing you diapers.

From Fighting To Self Acceptance In Ageplay

This video is about the journey from doubt to self-acceptance in age play.

So many of us have struggled with questioning who we are, feeling shame, or even trying to push this part of ourselves away.

The cycle of hiding, purging, and denying can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to stay that way.

In this space, we talk about what it means to finally stop fighting yourself. To breathe. To accept your little space as a part of you, not something to be ashamed of.

You deserve softness. You deserve comfort. You deserve to exist fully as you are.

Through self-belief, finding community, and connecting with others.

Whether online or at events you begin to realize you’re not alone. There is a whole world of people who understand you, support you, and celebrate you.

    This is your reminder:
You are allowed to be yourself.
You are allowed to feel safe in your identity.
You are allowed to embrace your little side without shame.
Healing starts when you choose yourself.
