• Why Most Artists Quit Too Early
    May 3 2026

    They quit too early.

In this episode, we talk about the real reasons behind it:
✨ Unrealistic timelines and the “viral illusion”
✨ Comparing your beginning to someone else’s success
✨ Lack of structure leading to frustration
✨ The silent phase where nothing seems to work

And we also open an important conversation about women in the industry:
👉 Why it can be harder to be seen
👉 Why recognition and support matter
👉 And why creating change starts with awareness

    This is not about pressure.

    It’s about understanding.

    Because the truth is:

👉 Consistency beats talent… when talent stops.

If you’ve ever felt like giving up…
this episode will remind you why you started.

  • From Listener to Real Fan
    Apr 26 2026

Having listeners is not the same as having real fans.

You can have streams, views, and numbers…
and still feel like nobody is really supporting you.

In this episode, we go deeper into what actually makes people stay.

    We talk about:
✨ Why listeners come and go and why that’s normal
✨ The difference between attention and real connection
✨ How to turn your audience into people who truly support you
✨ Why consistency and personality matter more than perfection
✨ How simple interaction can build loyalty

Because at the end of the day…

    People don’t just follow music.
👉 They follow people they feel connected to.

If you want to stop chasing numbers…
    and start building real support…

this episode is for you 💛

  • Beef vs Marketing
    Apr 19 2026

    Drama. Diss tracks. Online shots.
It’s loud… it spreads fast… and sometimes it looks like the easiest way to get attention.

But is it really building a career?

In this episode, we break down the difference between attention and real growth and why not everything that goes viral is actually valuable.

    We talk about:
✨ Why beef creates attention but not always respect
✨ The danger of becoming known more for drama than for your music
✨ The truth about “fake” vs strategic beef in the industry
✨ Why reacting to everything can pull you away from your own path
✨ What real marketing actually looks like (and why it’s slower)
✨ How to grow without drama through consistency, connection, and identity

This episode is especially for artists who feel:
    👉 pressured to respond
👉 tempted to follow the noise
👉 or unsure if their “quiet” path is enough

    Because here’s the truth:

Not everything that gets attention… builds a future.

    And the artists who last?
    They’re not always the loudest.

They’re the ones who stay focused, build with intention, and keep going even when it’s quiet.

    💛 Build, don’t destroy.

  • How to Build an Artist Career With Almost No Money
    Apr 12 2026

What if the real thing holding you back… isn’t money?

In this episode, we talk about a feeling many artists know but don’t always say out loud feeling stuck, unseen, and close to giving up.

“I would do more… but I don’t have the money.”
    Sounds familiar?

This episode breaks that down in a real and honest way. Not to ignore the struggle but to help you understand what’s actually in your control.

    We talk about:
✨ Why feeling stuck is often deeper than money
✨ The “quiet phase” every artist goes through (and why it matters)
✨ How to start building with what you already have
✨ Why consistency on social media is more powerful than you think
✨ How to connect and grow even without a budget
✨ The importance of belief when nobody is watching yet

    This is not about pressure.
    This is about perspective.

    If you’ve ever felt like:
    👉 “Is this even working?”
👉 “Am I wasting my time?”
    👉 “Should I just stop?”

Then this episode is for you.

    Because sometimes… you’re not stuck.
You’re just in the part of the journey where things are growing quietly.

    And that part?
    Matters more than you think.

  • Posting Is Not a Strategy
    Apr 5 2026

    Hi beautiful Music Family,

First of all, thank you for being here. And I want to say sorry that I was gone for a moment. I had to take a step back and deal with some things, but I am really happy to be back and to continue these conversations with you.

In this episode, we are talking about something many artists are experiencing. You are posting, staying consistent, trying different things, but nothing is really moving. After a while, you start questioning yourself instead of questioning your approach.

Posting alone is not a strategy.

I talk about why consistency without direction can keep you stuck, what is actually missing, and how you can start creating content with more intention, structure, and real connection.

You are not failing. You are just missing structure, and that is something you can build step by step.

So next time before you post, ask yourself what this content is doing for you and for the people watching.

Thank you for the ongoing support and the conversations we are building together. You can find all my links in the show notes, including my platforms where we can connect further:

  • AI Music
    Jan 10 2026

What happens to music culture when songs are created by AI?

This episode is not about hating AI. AI is a tool. This is about transparency, identity, culture, and human connection in music.

I recently came across an AI-created song with hundreds of thousands of views. The comments were emotional. People asked when they could see the artist live. They wanted to meet a person who doesn’t exist. And that made me pause.

We grew up with artists we could see on stage, hear live, feel in real moments. Their journey mattered. Their growth mattered. Their imperfections mattered.

So I’m asking without judging: • Do we still care who is behind the music? • Does it matter if a human sang it? • Or are we moving into a time where emotion is enough, no matter how it was created?

In this episode, I talk about: • How music culture worked then vs today • AI-created songs and emotional attachment • Transparency and fairness for listeners • What this means for real artists • Award shows, talent shows & live performance in an AI era • Why interviews, live shows and real presence still matter • How real artists can stand out, sell directly, and build real communities • Why culture, identity and lived experience cannot be replaced by prompts

This is also a message to real artists: You are not invisible. Your work, discipline, sacrifices and truth matter.

You don’t need to be louder everywhere. You need to be clearer where it matters.

Music is more than data. It’s lived experience.

  • Women in the Music Industry - How to Protect Yourself
    Jan 8 2026

Because protecting yourself is not being difficult. It’s being professional.

I remember 2017.I was deeply involved in the music and creative industry creating visuals, filming concerts, traveling from city to city, studying full-time, and giving everything I had to the work I loved.

From the outside, it looked like a dream. Behind the scenes, there were moments of exhaustion, pressure, unfairness, and disrespect that I didn’t fully recognize at the time.

In this episode of Music and Everything in Between with Sunny, I talk honestly about my journey and why it’s so important for women in the music and entertainment industry to protect themselves: emotionally, professionally, and legally.

This podcast is about awareness, boundaries, respect and building a healthier industry where creativity, professionalism and teamwork come first.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Protecting yourself in meetings
    • Why contracts are non-negotiable
    • Setting boundaries without guilt
    • Handling budget constraints wisely
    • Mental health, pressure, and microaggressions
    • How to say NO and stay professional

    This episode is for:

    • Women in music, film and creative industries
    • Artists, managers, promoters, and creatives
    • Anyone who wants a more respectful and conscious entertainment industry
