    In this episode Miranda Lee allows her BUSY brain to share its story, and her body to tell its side and speak for itself. A chat about how she needed to first understand her mind to then be able to shift it from being 'the boss', to connecting and allowing her body to take some lead.

    • Awareness & Understanding of the Her Mind- The journey to discovering how much in the driver seat her overactive, ADHD-like mind was controlling her. How necessary it was to meet her brain and thoughts with compassion and curiosity, as an observer and chatty friend, rather then with judgment and trying to work against it.
    • Importance of Diving into Your Birth Chart- The value in learning about her full astrological birth chart and signs to get some understanding into her wiring (and you too). A 'cosmic snapshot' into how you navigate life, your personality, intellect, strengths, habits, soul lessons and direction, relationship, discipline and communication styles based on planetary alignment.
    • Somatic Connection & Experiencing- The life shifting relationship she built with her body, and learning how it communicates, its sensations, its voice, volume and language. And how it changes how she shows up for herself and expresses herself.
    • Practices & Tools for Support- Some of the ways she supports teaching her brain to take a back seat, and rekindling trust with her bodies ability to communicate and lead. And how sometimes her thinking thoughts need to be able to run wild.
    • Conversational Shifts- Navigating some tools and reflecting on what she has integrated into listening and speaking with others (and to herself). From active listening, holding space, anchoring or organizing her thoughts and putting them forward into speech (or not).
    • Somatic Experiencing & Grounding- The practices she uses to settle into the body and allow its voice to turn up and guide easier, while dialing down the thinking thoughts. And holding space for both.
    • Time & Tasks- Take aways and some tools she uses to stay in conscious awareness of 'time', managing her energy, and evaluating how many fucks she actually has to give.
    • Finding her Value- The importance of understanding we are more then our thinking thoughts, our productivity, our ability to multi task, and the numbers we pump out in our work or finances.

    Miranda is joined by one of her clients (and soul sisters), where they dive into a deep discussion on the journey of healing. From meeting ourselves with awareness, high expectations, wearing the masks, burnout, and the growth that comes when we realize it isn't sustainable and we deserve to feel better.

    • Wearing a Mask- How we 'cover' or 'mask' our big feelings, inner struggles, emotions and truths to keep our shit together as we move through our day. Whether it be in career roles, relationships or day to day environments. And also, how we even sometimes mask our inner shit from our ourselves to avoid honoring and processing.
    • Autopilot & Burnout- The surprising things that can create the feeling of overwhelm or heaviness in our body, and how it isn't always busy schedule. Living out of alignment, trying to prioritize too much (because we are told it should matter), carrying others emotions, people pleasing and more.
    • The Data Backlog- How much being in rooms, conversations or relationships that aren't in alignment can create so much data storage in the mind and physical energy
    • The Self Care Plate- The importance in finding balance in what we ACTUALLY need in each season, and listening to the body in what it needs for support. The variety of self care options can be endless and exhausting if we feel pressured to 'do all the things' instead of really getting honest and clear about what we need and where we want our energy to go in our practices of caring for self.
    • Learning to Unlearn- Sometimes our ability to 'do all the things', always be productive, people please, help everyone, show up how others need or expect, and live in productivity and resilience becomes our flex. So much about healing is unlearning! We are allowed to grow, shift, change, rest and still be valued and loved. And finding compassion for the past versions of self that lived that.
    • Expectations in Healing- Its not linear! The ride of phases in personal healing from big expectations, to cracking open, being with your heart and big feelings, being in the inner work, isolating and then also finding community (sometimes a new one). And for some, connecting with their soul team, lost loved ones, and messages or signs from beyond those we can physically see. Its a fuckin ride!
    • Coming Home & Meeting Yourself- The beautiful journey in finding ease and peace with your heart, who you really are, contentment, comfort and alignment in solitude and the simple things in life. How to support yourself, live authentically and protect your energy around those who may not be able to meet or understand this different version of you, moving amongst the fast speed of world outside, and a journey of finding new 'like minded' community.
