  • Unconditional Love & Healing Relationships | Episode 2
    May 11 2026

    Welcome back!
In this episode of Mental Mom3nts, we’re talking about unconditional love, what it truly means, and how difficult it can feel to extend love when you don’t always feel loved in return.

Love is often treated as something transactional. Many people grow up believing love must be earned through performance, perfection, sacrifice, or constantly proving their worth. But unconditional love challenges that mindset completely.

In this conversation, we explore what unconditional love can look like in friendships, family relationships, personal healing, and faith. Through personal stories, reflections on family dynamics, and lessons learned through grace and compassion, this episode unpacks how unconditional love creates space for healing, honesty, and emotional freedom.

We also talk about how withholding love from others can often impact the way we love ourselves. Sometimes the hardest part of healing is learning how to extend compassion to people who may not have loved us well.

Unconditional love does not mean accepting harmful behavior without boundaries. It means choosing compassion, grace, honesty, and care without allowing bitterness to harden your heart.

When love is rooted in compassion instead of transactions, relationships become healthier, deeper, and more fulfilling.

✨ What unconditional love truly means
✨ Why many people struggle to believe they deserve love
✨ How childhood and family dynamics shape the way we give and receive love
✨ The difference between transactional love and compassionate love
✨ How extending grace and compassion supports emotional healing
✨ Why unconditional love begins with how we view ourselves

“Love was never meant to be earned through performance. Real love creates space for grace, healing, and compassion.”

Take a moment to reflect on your relationships.

    Ask yourself:
Am I loving from a place of compassion or from expectation?

Consider where you may be withholding love, grace, or even kindness from yourself or others. Healing often begins when we release the need for love to feel transactional.

Many people struggle with feeling worthy of love, especially after experiencing strained relationships, emotional wounds, or environments where love felt conditional.

But unconditional love has the power to transform the way we connect with ourselves and others.

When love is rooted in grace, honesty, compassion, and healthy boundaries, relationships become spaces for healing instead of survival.

You deserve to experience love that does not require you to constantly prove your worth.

  • Proceed Forward with Gumption: Faith, Obedience & Starting Your Next Chapter | Episode 1
    May 4 2026

    Welcome back!
In this episode of Mental Mom3nts, we’re stepping into Season 2 by embracing what it truly means to move forward with faith, obedience, and courage—even when you don’t feel fully prepared.

Sometimes life places you in seasons where everything feels uncertain. You may question your path, your timing, and even your capabilities. But what happens when you choose to move forward anyway?

In this conversation, we explore the power of trusting God’s direction, letting go of what feels safe, and stepping boldly into what you’ve been called to do. This episode is a personal reflection on navigating uncertainty, building a business from the ground up, and learning how faith and obedience can open doors you never could have planned for.

Moving forward doesn’t always come with clarity. It doesn’t always come with a perfect plan. But it does require trust, surrender, and the willingness to take the next step anyway.

When you choose faith over fear, you create space for growth, alignment, and purpose.

Season 1 was about reflection. Season 2 is about forward movement.

✨ What it means to move forward with faith and obedience
✨ Letting go of what feels comfortable to step into purpose
✨ Navigating uncertainty while building something new
✨ The importance of trusting your calling, even without a clear plan

    Ask yourself:
Am I waiting to feel ready before I move forward?

Consider one step you can take this week in faith, even if you don’t have everything figured out. Progress begins with movement, not perfection.

Many people feel stuck between where they are and where they believe they’re meant to be. Fear, doubt, and overthinking can delay the very progress we’re praying for.

    But growth requires movement.

When you trust God’s timing and take aligned action, you begin to see opportunities, confidence, and clarity unfold in ways you couldn’t have planned.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to start.

  • Episode 12 | The Power in the Pause: Redefining Patience & Trusting Time
    Apr 6 2026

    Welcome back!

In this episode of Mental Mom3nts, we’re talking about patience and what it really means to trust the process when life feels uncertain and you’re ready to give up.

Patience is often misunderstood. Many people think patience simply means waiting for something to happen. But true patience is much more active than that.

Patience is the willingness to continue nurturing your life while allowing space for things to develop in their proper time.

In this conversation, I reflect on how impatience has shown up in my own life when pursuing big dreams and ideas. For a long time, if something could not produce quick results or immediate success, I struggled to commit to the process long enough to see what it could become.

Over time I realized that impatience was less about laziness and more about control.

Waiting for results without knowing the outcome can feel uncomfortable. But growth often requires faith, consistency, and trust in timing.

Patience does not mean doing nothing. It means continuing to nurture your life while allowing time for the results to unfold.

Sometimes the pause is not a delay. It is part of the preparation.

    In This Episode, We Explore

✨ Why patience often feels like a loss of control
✨ How impatience can hold us back from long term success
✨ Why patience is an active process, not passive waiting
✨ The role trust plays in personal growth
✨ How allowing time helps the right outcomes develop

    Key Takeaway

“Patience isn’t doing nothing. It’s trusting the process while continuing to nurture your life.”

    This Week’s Mental Mom3nt

Think about something in your life that currently requires patience.

Instead of focusing only on the outcome, ask yourself:

What can I continue nurturing while I wait for things to unfold?

Sometimes the most meaningful growth happens during the waiting season.

    Why This Episode Matters

We live in a world that prioritizes speed and immediate results. But some of the most meaningful goals and dreams require time, consistency, and patience.

Learning to trust the process allows you to pursue your dreams without becoming discouraged by the timeline.

Your journey does not have to happen overnight.
